handmadelyart provides creative event décor and photo backdrop services throughout the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice, except where such changes would materially affect existing bookings.

Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and our acceptance. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. We typically require:

• A non-refundable deposit (usually 30-50% of total cost) to secure your booking
• Final payment due 14 days before the event date
• Payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed methods

All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are valid for 30 days from quotation date.

Your Rights Under Consumer Rights Act 2015

Under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to expect that services will be:

• Performed with reasonable care and skill
• Completed within a reasonable time (or as agreed)
• Provided at a reasonable price (or as agreed)

If our services do not meet these standards, you have rights to repair, replacement, price reduction, or full/partial refund as appropriate under UK law.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms vary by service type and are outlined in your specific service agreement. In general:

• More than 30 days before event: Full refund minus deposit
• 14-30 days before event: 50% refund minus deposit
• Less than 14 days before event: No refund (except at our discretion or due to our fault)

For distance contracts (online/phone bookings), you have a 14-day cooling-off period under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, subject to exceptions for customised goods/services.
